Pets: 

Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Booking Deposit:

A booking deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure the booking. If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason this deposit is non-refundable. Hence please ensure you purchase adequate travel insurance. A further payment of £100 to cover losses/damages is required at the same time as your final holiday payment. This deposit is refundable by post immediately after your holiday if no loss or damage has occurred.

Terms: 

All prices are per week or part week and for the apartment as equipped and described. Bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday although we are prepared to be flexible regarding change over days, and the arrival time is from 14:00 onwards (again we can be flexible). You must leave the apartment by 10.30am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed with ourselves) and you are expected to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. A charge will be made if any additional cleaning is required.

You are responsible for the security of the apartment and any loss or damage sustained during your stay.

We accept no liability for any loss/theft or damage to belongings or for any personal injury, however caused. We reserve the right to refuse any holiday application.

Booking your holiday:

Please click this 'availability calendar' link to see if your preferred dates are available. If they are available then please telephone us in the first instance to make a provisional booking. Once we have confirmed the booking we will hold it for 5 days to allow you time to complete your 'booking form' and send your deposit cheque. If we do not receive your booking form and cheque within this period your booking will automatically be released.Once we receive your booking form we will send confirmation in writing/e-mail and the date when your balance is due, i.e. 6 weeks before the date of your holiday. Any bookings made within 28 days of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.  N.B. If you can't print off the booking form please let us know and we will e-mail you a copy.
