Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel your holiday we must receive this in writing. If you cancel before the balance is due you will lose your deposit. If you have to cancel once the balance has been paid we cannot refund any of your money and you will need to contact your holiday insurance provider. Please let us know if you require any information for your insurance company.

Inventory:

A full inventory is available on request and this will be checked at the end of each rental period. Any items found to be missing or damaged will be charged for. Please note that all bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided for you to use, but you must provide your own beach and pool towels.

Owners' rights:

We (or our designated representatives) reserve the right to enter the accommodation in order to make urgent repairs or maintenance at any time. We will let you know beforehand where ever possible. Whilst we will do our best to ensure that you have a pleasant stay we will not take responsibility for any matter outside of our control e.g. inclement weather, flood, fire or any other Act of God, war, acts of local authorities or for nuisance caused by/on neighbouring properties.

If due to unforseen circumstances out of our control e.g. (but not limited to), death illness, theft, fire flood or damage to the property, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible and will try and arrange an alternative date or will refund all monies paid, in full.


Rentals will be terminated at our discretion if, in our opinion, any person behaves in such a way that is detrimental to others. In these circumstances, we (or our designated representatives) will re-take immediate possession of the accommodation.
