Our private apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom fully furnished apartment and will sleep up to 4 people comfortably. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a 3 level apartment block on the beautiful Miraflores complex  on the Costa del Sol. (no lift).

Accommodation: 

Master Bedroom: Double bed with wall to wall mirrored wardrobes, overlooking

  the pool and gardens

2nd Bedroom: Twin beds with wall to wall mirrored wardrobes again giving ample storage.

Bathroom: 1 bathrom with 'walk-in' shower, sink unit, wc, washing machine within

  a closed unit

Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge

  freezer and all the necessary utensils and crockery

Dining area: Seating for 4 people

Lounge: Large lounge, tastefully furnished with sideboard, coffee table,

  lamps, 2 settee's, new flat screen tv with satellite, English channels

Balcony: Patio doors from the lounge lead to the large sun drenched balcony with table

  and chairs for 4 people overlooking communal pool and gardens, partial sea

The road leading through the Miraflores complex is on an incline.

Free standing fans and radiators are available for you to use plus iron and ironing board.

Allocated parking for one vehicle. 24hr security patrol around the complex.

The lovely Max Beach is only a 10minute walk, as are a number of bars/restaurants and shops.

As well as the apartment having a communal pool and children’s pool, it also has its own poolside bar serving snacks and drinks. The poolside bar is open between Easter and October.

Please can guests bring their own towels to use at the pool and the beach. Thanks.
